Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time
We offer nationwide delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotions for free delivery may apply from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Delays
