We offer nationwide delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Fee

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Refund & Returns Policy – Home Theory

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
